TegoOS: calendar discounts and payout breakdown

The version running on the public testnet today. Checked on 16 October: the node returns specVersion 232.

• Função

  `pallet_proptech`: `set_calendar_discounts` (call 28) and `DescuentosCalendario` — last-minute and long-stay discounts.

• Função

  `RepartosDeCobro`: what each party of a booking was actually paid (platform, investors, owner and each co-host), netted across payout, dispute and cancellation.

  No migration: both storages are new, and empty means «no discount» and «no payout».

Booking rules, co-hosts and a coverage cap

• Função

  `ReglasDeReserva` and `set_booking_rules` (23): minimum and maximum stay, notice, window and free nights between bookings.

  `set_date_prices` (24) and `PrecioDeFecha`: per-night pricing, up to 366 nights per property.

  Request-to-book: `accept_request` (25) and `decline_request` (26). The guest pays and the money is held until the host accepts.

  `set_cohosts` (27): up to four co-hosts with their share; they manage bookings and calendar, not pricing or sale.

  `pallet_insurance`: coverage cap. No claim was bounded by what was actually covered — found while testing TegoCover on the tablet.

Two fixes found in the live rehearsal of 229

• Correção

  229 carried another ecosystem project's name inside `pallet_proptech` metadata instead of the app's. Corrected to TegoOS.

  Payouts below the existential deposit: if the platform account or an investor pool did not exist yet, their share was lost.

pallet_proptech V1 — the core of TegoOS

• Segurança

  `pallet_proptech` V1 (index 25) closes a bug reproduced on 228: anyone could register a property over another's id and collect its held bookings.

• Breaking

  Migration `MigrateV0ToV1`: removes the 49 test properties.

• Correção

  The two `pallet-dao` accounts were created without a provider or existential deposit; the migration funds them from the treasury.

  The reserved symbol changes from DUSD to NOMISMA.

Governance that executes, and organisations with their own treasury

• Função

  `CommunityGovernance`: an approved proposal can dispatch a call with Root origin, and only if that (pallet, call) pair is whitelisted.

• Função

  `pallet-dao` (index 145): organisations with a governance token, their own treasury, quorum and timelock. Executes as the DAO account, never as Root.

  `pallet-analytics-platform` returns at index 144. Index 16 stays a permanent gap.

The first real runtime upgrade of this chain

Genesis was relaunched on 31 August 2026 (`0xe973931e…eae7aa`). 208 was the first upgrade by `set_code`, leaving it untouched.

  The EVM layer becomes reachable: until that day every `eth_*` method returned «Method not found». Verified on 5 September against both public RPCs: `eth_chainId` → `0x7ea` (2026).
