Science needs a ledger,
not a press release.
EmpoorioChain does not fund laboratories. It provides the pieces research needs on chain: proof that a model produced a result, storage with a receipt, credentials that disclose only what is asked, and carbon credits that can be issued and retired.
What the chain

Decentralized science asks for things a ledger can give: a record of who did what and when, payment that reaches the contributor directly, and data anyone can check. These are native pallets on EmpoorioChain, not contracts bolted on top — which is why the record survives the project that wrote it.
