That is the ecosystem's physical presence. No offices abroad, no regional hubs, no venues.
What it means
Latency. Two validators in one rack finalize in ~17 s at the median; the measurement says little about ten validators across continents. Every performance figure carries that caveat.
Risk. A provider incident in Logroño takes the chain down. The decentralization report states fault tolerance as zero and requires two distinct geographies before mainnet. The Ailoos server has had a cryptominer (July) and a rootkit (September); single servers get attacked.
Honesty. The decentralization report once described three validators in three US and Asian regions. They were template data. The real map is above and is read from the chain and DNS, not from a diagram.
What changes it
External validator operators in other providers and countries — meeting the six independence conditions — are the only thing that moves the footprint. The operator guide exists so that a team anywhere can join without a call. The first external validator, wherever it is, doubles the ecosystem's geography.
Why the apps are Spain-only
A product decision in August 2026: the commerce network is local before it is global, and store distribution was narrowed to match — including pulling a beta that had reached countries the owner excluded. PompoOS, designed for regions without affordable data, is the exception in intent and does not yet exist as a product.
