The short answer
You cannot buy DMS today. There is no exchange listing, no over-the-counter desk, no pre-sale, no private round. The only planned route is the public sale, and it has not opened.

The mechanism is being rehearsed on the Sepolia testnet: DracmaSaleV2 at 0x675036F6…, verified on Sourcify, one phase, 150 M allocation, test USDC. Anyone can read its parameters on chain. Nothing bought on Sepolia is DMS; it is a rehearsal with test tokens, and the official site's sale page says so.
Why no listing
Because there is no mainnet. DMS exists as a native asset on a public testnet with two validators. There is nothing to list. The exchange-integration guide in the chain repository exists so that, when there is, an exchange can integrate correctly — starting with the warning that DMS has 18 decimals, not the 6 an older document claimed, a difference of twelve orders of magnitude.
If you see DMS offered
- On an exchange: it is not DMS. No listing exists.
- As an ERC-20 on Ethereum or BSC: the only such token is a Sepolia testnet artefact (
0x6ECe3C24…) with zero escrow that represents nothing. - In a private sale or "early round": no such round exists. The private round was cancelled; the chain spec's private-sale bucket is zero.
- At any price other than $0.65: not the sale.
After the sale
DMS will be a native asset on EmpoorioChain, held in Eoonia or any Substrate wallet that knows prefix 2026, transferable on chain, tradeable on the native DEX against DUSD and other native assets. A mainnet liquidity seed (from the 100 M liquidity allocation) is a recommended gate item. Exchange listings would require the chain to pass its mainnet gate and an exchange to integrate; neither has happened and neither is promised.
Why this page exists
The previous version announced a listing on a major exchange. That happened to another token. Replacing it with "there is no way to buy DMS yet" is less exciting and entirely accurate, and it protects anyone who might otherwise send money to something calling itself DMS.
