- 29 May — Threat model written. Bridge evaluation completed (Snowbridge selected). Decentralization report issued — later found (5 September) to describe three validators that were template data.
- 30 May — Mainnet gate written: six gates, none negotiable. Testnet performance report: 700 transactions, 0 % failures, inclusion p50 3.5 s, finality p50 17 s; not a mainnet claim.
- 31 May — The first-generation sale contract and a wrapped DMS deployed on Sepolia, configured for the later-cancelled private round at $0.35. Bridge escrow: zero.
- 1 May — The QA plan records the decision that canonical DMS is native on EmpoorioChain and any wrapper is outside the canon.

What the quarter got wrong, found later
The decentralization report's validators. The audit script that could not fail. The wDMS presented as redeemable (corrected 31 August). Six decimals in some documents (18 is correct). A performance report using $1.00 as the DMS reference price ($0.65 is canonical). The Q2 team did real work and wrote some things down wrong; Q3 found them.

What did not happen
An in-place runtime upgrade (first one: 4 September). A signed transaction on the public testnet (first: 7 September). A mainnet. A listing. A partnership.
