Every ecosystem wants a social layer. Empoorio has one that shipped. This post is GnoosiS as it is.
The app
com.gnoosis.gnoosis — production version 1.5.9 on Google Play (version code 59), with 2.0.0 (code 60) in internal testing and a beta track. It is positioned as an all-in-one social hub within the ecosystem: profiles, feed, direct and group messaging, communities, events. Its profile design is the reference the other apps copy — Empoorio Warehouse's profile screen was rebuilt in August 2026 to match it, with real banner, avatar, statistics, reputation score and reviews.
GnoosiS is also the publisher behind five of the ecosystem's Play listings (Gnoosis Inc.), including the wallet and the three delivery apps.
Distribution
By decision in August 2026, production is Spain-only. The beta track had been reaching countries the owner had excluded; that was corrected. The Spanish store listing had been left in English from a template and was rewritten; the contact address was corrected to a real one.
Ads and DMS
GnoosiS is the ecosystem's "Instagram" to SkoopoS's "Meta Ads". The design:
- GnoosiS displays SkoopoS ads and credits DMS to users for verified views.
- GnoosiS never processes advertiser payments. Money from advertisers flows through SkoopoS's web consoles or API — a B2B service outside app-store billing, the way every ads platform operates.
Two obligations stand before this ships to real users, and they are policy, not code: the store's financial-features declaration (DMS is a tokenized digital asset under store policy, whether bought or earned), and marketing copy that states "earn DMS watching verified ads" and never frames it as income. One question is flagged for confirmation with the store before launch: whether earning a token by watching an in-app ad itself touches billing rules. Until it is answered, the integration waits.
Identity
GnoosiS accounts are the natural home for a did:emp from KryptoOS — a verified-human credential is what would let a GnoosiS user receive the ecosystem's fee discounts and sponsored transactions. The chain registered its first DID on 14 September 2026; GnoosiS does not yet issue or display them.
What it is not
A metaverse, a token-gated network, or a place where anything is bought with DMS today. It is a social app with real users in one country, careful about the line between rewarding attention and selling a financial product. The previous version of this page was an interview about crypto and the metaverse; this one is about an app that exists.
