An MV3 extension with the same seed as the app: it signs EmpoorioChain with the chain's own signed extensions (CheckPqcPolicy, CheckDormantAccount) and Ethereum with EIP-712. 377/377 tests.

100/100 app tests, 70/70 integration tests against the testnet runtime and 377/377 in the extension. Importing a wallet encrypts the seed; a test fails if it ever stops doing so.
