pallet-escrow holds the buyer's DUSD and releases on a delivery record; pallet-paymaster lets the merchant sponsor the fee; eoonia://pay hands the request to the wallet. The rails are in runtime 220; the apps that will use them are in production and settle in fiat today.

What the rails provide

Fees by weight

A transfer costs about 0.000025 DMS; 80 % of it is burned. The merchant can sponsor it through pallet-paymaster so the customer pays nothing extra.

Loyalty as tokens

pallet-sbt issues non-transferable points a merchant can honour across apps; pallet-subscription models recurring charges.

Settlement at finality

Inclusion in ~3.5 s, GRANDPA finality in ~17 s p50 on the testnet; escrow release is a runtime event, not a webhook.

Own your relationships

Escrow, dispatch and delivery records live on a public chain the merchant and courier both read; no intermediary holds them.
