Payment rails as pallets
pallet-escrow holds the buyer's NOMISMA and releases on a delivery record; pallet-paymaster lets the merchant sponsor the fee; eoonia://pay hands the request to the wallet. The rails are in runtime 220; the apps that will use them are in production and settle in fiat today.
