There is no annual conference. There is an annual habit, started in 2026, of measuring every project against reality and publishing the table. This is the September 2026 checkpoint.

Websites
Twelve product sites, eleven from one VitePress template; nine live, three parked or down. The official site is being rebuilt; the domain does not yet serve it.
The pattern
The audits of 2026 found the same thing across projects: real but disconnected — components that work in isolation and fail at the join. The chain had no signed transactions; Ailoos's roles never started; the DEX had no treasury; the explorer's indexer decoded to debug strings. Each was one connection away. This checkpoint exists to count the connections made.
