On EmpoorioChain a creator's royalty is a rule the runtime applies on every resale, not a metadata field a marketplace may ignore. Minting a hundred works costs fractions of a cent; listing costs nothing until a fan claims. EidoOS pays creators 70 % of pay-per-use video. All of it is on a testnet, and no creator has used it yet — this page says so.

Where the creator tools stand
Pallets in runtime 220 with measured fees. EidoOS's publishing studio and channel format complete and tested, its app in internal testing, its backend not yet public. PhoonOS in internal testing with a cost model measured to the cent. No creator has minted, sold or been paid on the public testnet. The first will be a post in the Firsts series.
