Empoorio Warehouse (com.empoorio.warehouse, production version 19 on Google Play, internally KomvoOS) is the ecosystem's most complex app and the first one to touch the chain from a real workflow. The August 2026 inventory counted 72 of 101 features connected to a real backend and named every one that is not. Here is the app.
Onboarding a warehouse: 14 steps
A host registers a physical space through a wizard: principal details; policies and insurance (four modules, with an AI assistant drafting text against the Ailoos model at api.ailoos.com); warehouse type; photos and video with real cropping and upload; property category; floors and measurements with GPS perimeter; a floor-plan editor (grid, zones, doors, windows, shelving); shelving and bins as a hierarchy; a price configurator (sales plans, fixed fees by category, labelling, packing, invoices, hub prices); surplus-space rental by m², m³, row, floor, shelf or room; and a summary. All of it persists server-side.
Operations
- Receive: incremental scanning of incoming goods with product lookup against external catalogues.
- Inbound dock: truck appointments and advance shipping notices.
- Stow: place items into bins, closing the inbound loop.
- Pick, pack, outbound dock: order selection, packaging with SPOO/RMA codes, carrier hand-off; completed shipments update status server-side.
- Barcode scanning with on-device ML.
- Label generation and Bluetooth printing (LPN/GS1), with print history.
- Shipping through a real aggregator (SendCloud); other carriers have code but no configured API keys, and the app says so.
- Inventory classification into ten conditions (sellable, damaged, …), product details with lot, warranty and condition.
- Statistics, schedules, a Google Calendar integration, chat with clients, notifications, favourites, reviews, referrals, a reputation score computed from real signals.
Where the chain is already in
Eoonia wallet link. A host binds an Eoonia account to the warehouse profile using a challenge–response signature — the app presents a challenge, the wallet signs it, the backend verifies and stores the link. It is the same protocol the Ailoos node uses, and it means the app never holds a key.
NFT product passport. From a product's detail screen, the host mints a dynamic NFT for it — a passport that can carry condition, custody and provenance over the item's life. The mint is a real on-chain transaction through pallet-dynamic-nft, executed by Eoonia via deep link. The default sample data that used to populate the form was removed; what is minted is the real product record.
What is not real, by name
The inventory is explicit: management-fee calculation (hardcoded neighbourhood tree, a dead "calculate with AI" button); shipping-rate configuration (a mock); fee summary (identical fixed figures); loading docks and schedules within the wizard; the security vault; dark-kitchen management; tax information (a fake save); the current-address screen (simulated GPS); damage-evaluation forms (no persistence); stickers; delete/standby a warehouse (empty handlers over a hardcoded list); the API developer console (a preview key never issued by any backend); driver delivery and refunds screens. Each is being connected or removed under the ecosystem's rule: wire it or retire it.
Why it matters
This app is the answer to a question the chain's roadmap keeps raising — who will actually use the pallets? A warehouse host minting a passport for a pallet of goods, from an app in production, is the first real user of the NFT suite outside the test environment.
