Eoonia runs today against the EmpoorioChain public testnet and against Ethereum. There is no EmpoorioChain mainnet; testnet DMS has no value. Network fees are set by each chain, not by Eoonia.

An MV3 extension with the same seed as the app: it signs EmpoorioChain with the chain's own signed extensions (CheckPqcPolicy, CheckDormantAccount) and Ethereum with EIP-712. 377/377 tests.
