Personal Data refers to any information linked to an identified or identifiable user. This policy covers all applications, dApps, and network services operated by Empoorio.

We only collect the technical information strictly necessary to guarantee transaction stability and network security. We avoid collecting unnecessary biographical data.

We use the W3C standard for Decentralized Identifiers. This allows the user to own their own identity without depending on a centralized Empoorio database.

You acknowledge that transaction hashes, amounts, and wallet addresses are public by the nature of the blockchain and cannot be deleted.

We employ session cookies to maintain the integrity of the connection between your browser and your Eoonia wallet. We do not allow behavioral tracking for advertising purposes.

AI models (Nooia) process data locally or in a federated manner. Your interaction patterns are never linked to your legal identity outside of your device.

We implement ZK cryptography to allow verifications (such as proof of majority age) without Empoorio having access to your real identity documents.

We will only disclose off-chain information in the face of valid judicial requirements. On-chain data is public and accessible to any validator or block explorer.

Your information may be processed in globally distributed nodes. We guarantee protection levels equivalent to GDPR across our entire network infrastructure.

You have the right to request a copy of your off-chain data and to correct any inaccuracies. On-chain data is immutable by technical design.

We will delete your data from our operational databases upon a valid request, provided there is no legal obligation for retention (e.g., anti-money laundering prevention).

We use end-to-end encryption, cold storage for critical assets, and external security audits conducted by prestigious firms in the Web3 sector.

Our interfaces are not designed for minors under 16. If we detect data from minors, we will permanently delete it from our technical records.

Server logs are maintained for a maximum period of 90 days for technical debugging and network attack prevention, after which they are automatically purged.

In case of a detected security breach, we will inform the community and affected users in less than 72 hours via EmpoorioScan and official channels.
