What happened, with its date, and what comes next. The record starts in 2026 because that is what we can date.

What was built, and can be checked
Q1 · Our own chain and model
- EmpoorioChain as a Rust L1 on Substrate, with the ecosystem's pallets in a single runtime
- EmpoorioLM: phases 0 to 8 closed on 20 May with 155 tests green
- Dracma (DMS) as the native gas and governance unit, DUSD as the stable unit of the first design
- A standing decision: no demo modes; if a circuit is not wired, it is not shown
Q2 · The applications stop pretending
- OuranoOS with zero mocks on 30 June: encryption, content addressing and real proofs
- SynoodOS with its core and 135 tests green on 30 June
- Aephoron: phases 0-8, 11, 14 and 15 closed on 10 June across six Rust crates
- Public testnet on runtime 201 with nine IoT and compute pallets
Q3 · Measure, audit and publish
- Full benchmark suite on 23 July: 13 suites and 111 pallets, no stubs
- A real incident on 22 July: a crypto miner on the dedicated server, removed and documented
- Five internal audits by agents between August and September: chain, browser, wallet, identity and AI
- EmpooScan revived on 25 August: our own indexer on Postgres after the hosted database ran out
- Kinetoor renders real web pages on Android on 8 September; Aephoron published on Google Play on the 14th
- First did:empoorio registered on chain on 14 September, and the DEX's first real swap the same day
- empoorio.org live on its own domain, with the site's four projects deployed
Q4 · No sudo, and in both stores
- Runtimes 225, 226 and 227 shipped without sudo: by committee and on a timer, as it should be
- Runtime 232 in production on 5 October
- Nomisma renamed on chain on 2 October as asset 1 — no peg, and therefore no price
- TegoOS: proptech V1 in production on 4 October, with a booking proven end to end against the chain
- 13 applications repackaged with the official logo and uploaded to Google Play and App Store Connect on 7 October
- BlepoOS live with TLS: our own search engine stops being a plan
2027
Plan: the mainnet gates
Q1 · What is missing to open
- An independent external audit of the runtime and the contracts: none is contracted today
- External validators: two nodes tolerate no fault, and that alone blocks mainnet
- Weights measured on the signed reference machine, not estimated
Q2 · The apps in people's hands
- The 13 applications from internal testing to production in both stores
- Eoonia as the ecosystem's financial gateway with both networks first-class
- Invoice-backed payments and tokenized physical assets, tested with real users
Q3 · Revenue
- SkoopOS: anyone able to connect without asking permission, which is the first link at zero
- Storage and compute with providers other than ourselves
- OmiloOS's node network beyond our own first node
Q4 · Government
- Chain governance without emergency keys in one person's hands
- The foundation's five layers of protection, written and in force
- Transparency with accounts: what comes in, what goes out, and where

Vision: the divisions that do not exist yet
In design
- KinetikoOS for robotics and KaminoOS to build our own hardware
- TasoOS for energy and HyloOS for materials science
- AgerantoOS and Kryoosis in longevity; NoosferOS in neurotechnology
Beyond Earth
- Kenooma: launch, orbit and our own constellation. Scientific research, not a product
- Compute in orbit when energy and launch costs allow it

- None of these divisions has a repository or a date
- They are named because they are the destination, not because they have started
