Welcome to the Empoorio ecosystem. These Terms (the «Terms») form a binding legal agreement between you (the «User») and Empoorio Inc., the company that develops and operates the websites, applications, APIs, documentation and ancillary services associated with EmpoorioChain, the DracmaS (DMS) token, the Eoonia wallet and other ecosystem products (together, the «Services»). By accessing, browsing, connecting a wallet, signing a transaction, executing a smart contract or using any Empoorio interface, you represent that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.
EmpoorioChain is a distributed ledger network. Certain features of the Services depend on validators, nodes, relayers and third-party software that Empoorio does not solely control. Nothing in these Terms makes Empoorio Inc. the custodian of your keys, a financial intermediary for every on-chain operation, or the counterparty to every transaction you execute on the network.
If you disagree with any clause, you must stop using Empoorio interfaces and APIs immediately. Continued use, including repeated access to empoorio.org or official dApps, will be treated as acceptance of the then-current Terms and of the complementary policies (privacy, cookies, token disclaimer, code of ethics and app policies), which form part of this agreement to the extent they apply.
By interacting with any protocol, interface, smart contract, RPC node, explorer, API or application identified as part of the Empoorio ecosystem, you expressly and irrevocably confirm that you have capacity to contract, that you have had an opportunity to review these Terms, and that you accept them. Acceptance is not limited to clicking a button: it also occurs when you connect a wallet, approve an allowance, sign a message, participate in governance, stake assets or use Empoorio AI tools.
These Terms govern web and mobile interfaces, extensions, developer documentation, test environments and official support channels. Purely on-chain interactions with contracts deployed by third parties are not covered as Empoorio Services unless Empoorio expressly identifies them as official.
You agree to keep any contact details you provide up to date and not to circumvent version-acceptance mechanisms. If you act for a legal entity, you warrant that you are authorised to bind that entity.
Empoorio may amend these Terms to reflect technical, product, security or regulatory changes, including — without limitation — MiCA, GDPR and Spanish or EU rules applicable to crypto-asset services, data protection or cybersecurity.
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, material changes will be communicated by reasonable means (website notice, email if available, or registration of a version identifier or hash on EmpoorioChain or another public record Empoorio designates). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new wording.
If a change is unacceptable to you, your sole remedy is to stop using Empoorio interfaces and APIs. Empoorio is not obliged to maintain an older interface version indefinitely for individual disagreement, except where the law so requires.
You represent and warrant that you are of legal age under the law of your residence and are not incapacitated from contracting. If you use the Services for a company, foundation, DAO or other entity, you represent that you have sufficient authority.
You are solely responsible for determining whether use of distributed-ledger technology, tokens, staking, governance or AI tools is permitted in your country, state or territory. Empoorio does not provide local legal advice and does not warrant that the Services are available or lawful in every jurisdiction.
Circumventing geographic, age or compliance controls via VPNs, proxies, false identities or other means is prohibited where Empoorio has restricted access for legal or risk reasons. Breach may lead to interface blocking and, where legally required, reports to authorities.
Except as expressly provided in an open-source licence, Empoorio Inc. and its licensors retain all rights in trademarks, logos, product names (including Empoorio, EmpoorioChain, DracmaS, Eoonia, SuperAI, Nooia and other distinctive signs), interface designs, commercial documentation, editorial databases and proprietary AI models or weights.
Some ecosystem software is published under MIT, Apache or other open-source licences. In that case, the relevant licence prevails over these Terms as to that specific code. Use of open source does not grant rights in trademarks or in unlicensed interfaces.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access official interfaces solely to use the Services under these Terms. Mass reproduction, aggressive scraping that degrades the service, reverse engineering of non-open components, and use of marks in a way that suggests unauthorised sponsorship or affiliation are prohibited.
You agree to use the Services lawfully and in good faith. Any use that jeopardises the integrity of the network, other users, interfaces, or governance and reward systems is prohibited.
In particular, you must not exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with consensus, manipulate oracles, carry out denial-of-service attacks, or create multiple identities or wallets primarily to distort votes, airdrops, points programmes or anti-Sybil mechanisms established by Empoorio or the DAO.
Empoorio may apply technical and organisational measures (rate limits, interface blocklists, proof-of-humanity or minimum-stake requirements) to mitigate abuse. Such measures do not create a duty to monitor all on-chain activity.
Unless you expressly contract a third-party custody product, Empoorio operates a self-custody model. You are solely responsible for generating, storing, backing up and keeping confidential private keys, seed phrases, passkeys and signing devices (including the Eoonia wallet and any hardware wallet you connect).
Empoorio does not hold, store or reconstruct your keys. There is no bank-style account recovery. Loss of a seed, a compromised device or a malicious signature you authorise may mean irreversible loss of assets.
You must always verify destination addresses, transaction data and the origin of interfaces (official domains, certificates and, where relevant, contract hashes). Empoorio is not liable for mis-sends, phishing or malicious contracts you choose to interact with.
Operations on EmpoorioChain execute according to protocol rules and network state. Empoorio Inc. is not a traditional payment processor: it does not approve or cancel on-chain transfers once they are included in a block finalised under the then-current consensus rules.
Network use may require gas or other protocol fees, typically denominated in DracmaS or another asset the protocol designates. Those fees are driven by congestion, validators and governance parameters, not by Empoorio’s discretionary per-transfer price list.
Gas estimates shown in interfaces are indicative. Insufficient gas may leave a transaction pending or failed; execution failure may consume gas without the intended effect. You bear that technical risk.
Smart contracts are autonomous programs. Even if Empoorio or third parties publish audits, no audit fully eliminates logic bugs, upgrade issues, oracle dependencies or later exploits.
You acknowledge that interacting with contracts — official or third-party — is at your own risk. You should review code, verified addresses, permissions (allowances) and economic implications (impermanent loss, liquidations, slashing and similar) before signing.
Empoorio does not warrant that a contract will remain immutable, or that a proxy or upgrade mechanism will not be used in future in line with governance or disclosed admin keys. Always read the current technical documentation.
Certain network, treasury or protocol parameters may be subject to governance via staking, voting tokens or other mechanisms documented by Empoorio or the community. Participation is voluntary and does not confer employment, corporate or dividend rights unless a specific legal instrument so provides.
You are responsible for informing yourself about each proposal’s text, quorum, voting period and technical effects. Delegated voting, if any, is governed by the delegation contract. Empoorio does not guarantee voting outcomes or immediate execution of off-chain mandates.
Governance may change thresholds, fees, validator sets or aspects of the framework affecting decentralised components. Empoorio Inc. interfaces may or may not adapt to those changes based on product and compliance decisions.
Ecosystem AI tools (including SuperAI, Nooia and assistants embedded in the web or products) are provided as technical and informational support. They are not legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and they do not replace human judgement or on-chain verification.
Models may produce incorrect, incomplete, outdated or biased information. You must verify any output (code, transaction parameters, proposal summaries, estimates) before signing or making decisions with financial consequences.
Empoorio is not liable for losses from relying on AI predictions, summaries or generated code. AI use may be subject to usage limits, safety filters and technical logs needed for abuse prevention and quality, as described in the privacy policy.
Empoorio does not guarantee 100% uptime of the interfaces, APIs, indexers or RPCs it operates. Maintenance, incidents, attacks or cloud-provider decisions may temporarily interrupt front-end access without necessarily stopping the underlying network.
EmpoorioChain depends on independent validators and operators. Empoorio Inc. does not control every node and cannot force consensus. Latency, reorgs, forks or network halts may occur for reasons outside Empoorio’s control.
Where technically possible, you may interact with the chain via your own or third-party nodes. Unofficial RPCs add privacy, censorship and incorrect-data risks.
The ecosystem is open. Empoorio may link to, list or display third-party apps, bridges, markets, explorers or services. Listing does not imply a full audit, warranty, joint venture or liability for those parties’ content, solvency or privacy practices.
Before connecting your wallet to a third-party dApp, review its code, permissions, privacy policy and reputation. Empoorio is not a party to contracts you enter with those operators.
If a third party uses Empoorio marks or falsely claims to be official, notify legal@empoorio.org. Empoorio may take action and, where it controls a directory, remove links.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Empoorio Inc., its directors, employees, contractors and affiliates from claims, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your misuse of the Services; (b) your breach of these Terms or of law; (c) your infringement of third-party rights; or (d) content or transactions you originate.
This obligation survives termination of interface access. Empoorio may assume control of the defence of a covered claim, and you will cooperate in good faith.
Nothing above requires you to indemnify Empoorio for harm caused solely by Empoorio’s wilful misconduct or gross negligence, to the extent applicable law does not allow such indemnification.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Empoorio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost digital assets, lost business opportunity or reputational harm, arising from use or inability to use the Services or the network.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, Empoorio Inc.’s aggregate liability for claims relating to the interfaces and APIs it operates is limited in total to the greater of (i) one hundred euros (€100) and (ii) the amounts you paid to Empoorio Inc. (not to the network) for paid interface services in the twelve months before the claim arose, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions. In that case, limitations will be interpreted as closely as possible to the agreed allocation while remaining valid. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for wilful misconduct, or for death or personal injury where the law forbids it.
Empoorio is not liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including — without limitation — widespread internet or DNS failures, large-scale cyberattacks, bugs in critical open-source dependencies, cloud or registrar decisions, natural disasters, conflict, sudden legal change, or uncoordinated network forks.
For these interfaces, force majeure also includes attacks exploiting future cryptographic weaknesses (including the impact of quantum computing on current schemes) and network partitions that prevent a single consensus.
Empoorio’s obligation is limited to reasonable efforts to restore the interfaces it operates when the event ends or is mitigated. There is no automatic right to compensation for lost profits during the event.
You represent that you are not a sanctioned person or entity, are not owned or controlled by sanctioned persons, and are not acting for them, under OFAC, European Union, United Nations, United Kingdom or other lists Empoorio must observe.
Using Empoorio interfaces, APIs or programmes to evade sanctions, or from territories for which Empoorio has restricted service, is prohibited. Empoorio may block IPs, interface accounts or API keys and retain records needed to meet legal duties.
The public chain may remain reachable by other means; blocking refers to Services controlled by Empoorio Inc. Empoorio may cooperate with competent authorities upon a valid request.
Empoorio may suspend or terminate your access to websites, hosted apps, APIs and support if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, breach of these Terms, security risk or a legal requirement. Where practicable and lawful, you will be informed of the generic reason.
Terminating interfaces does not erase or undo your on-chain history and does not, by itself, stop you from using independent nodes to access EmpoorioChain. It also does not extinguish obligations already accrued (indemnity, key confidentiality, any debts).
You may stop using the Services at any time. If you want off-chain data deleted, follow the privacy policy process; data inscribed on the blockchain is immutable by design.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply when you act as a consumer.
Unless public-policy rules impose another venue, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid (Spain) for disputes arising from Empoorio Inc. interfaces and services. Where operational on-chain dispute-resolution protocols exist and both parties accept them for a given case, they may be used beforehand or in addition.
Before filing a claim, the parties will attempt a prior written complaint to legal@empoorio.org, with a reasonable response period of at least fifteen (15) calendar days, except for urgent interim measures.
If a court finds any clause void or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms stays in force. The affected clause will be interpreted, so far as possible, to approach the original intent and remain valid.
These Terms, together with the published policies they incorporate (privacy, cookies, token disclaimer, code of ethics, app policies and product-specific conditions), are the entire agreement between you and Empoorio Inc. regarding use of the Services, and supersede prior communications on the same subject, except written enterprise contracts.
Failure to exercise a right is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only and do not interpret the content.

For security vulnerability reports, use the Bug Bounty channel or the responsible-disclosure process Empoorio publishes in its security documentation; do not disclose exploits publicly before a reasonable remediation window.
Empoorio may publish transparency reports, audits and network status for information. Those documents do not amend these Terms unless expressly stated.
By using the Services you acknowledge that Web3 involves technological and market risk. Empoorio builds infrastructure and software; you decide how to interact with the network and with which counterparties.
