Token Disclaimer & Risk Warning
The DracmaS (DMS) token is the utility fuel and governance instrument of the Empoorio ecosystem. The use of DMS carries significant risks that must be understood before any interaction.
1. Utility Classification
DMS is a utility token, not a financial security. It does not grant ownership rights, dividends, or participation in Empoorio Inc.'s profits.
2. Market Volatility
Digital assets are subject to extreme price fluctuations. You accept that the value of DMS can be highly volatile and potentially reach zero.
3. Smart Contract Risk
All interaction with DMS is based on code. Despite audits, vulnerabilities may exist that result in the total loss of funds deposited in protocols.
4. Custody Responsibility
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your seed phrases. Their loss implies the irrecoverable loss of your DMS tokens.
5. Regulatory Uncertainty
The legal framework for cryptocurrencies varies by country. Empoorio does not guarantee that the use of DMS is legal in your specific jurisdiction; verify it before participating.
6. Staking and Slashing Risk
By participating in staking, your funds may be locked. There is a risk of partial loss of funds (slashing) if the validator node fails to comply with consensus rules.
7. No Liquidity Guarantee
Empoorio does not guarantee the existence of exchange markets or the necessary liquidity to convert DMS to other currencies immediately.
8. Network Risks (Network Congestion)
The network may suffer congestion that delays transactions or increases gas costs. These factors are beyond Empoorio Inc.'s direct control.
9. Tax Reporting
You are responsible for reporting your DMS earnings or losses to your country's tax authorities. Empoorio does not withhold taxes or issue tax reports.
10. Use in Third-Party dApps
DMS may be accepted by external dApps. Empoorio does not guarantee the security or solvency of third-party applications that use the token.
11. Governance Risks
DAO decisions can affect the emission, utility, or technical parameters of DMS. You assume the risk that the community makes decisions contrary to your personal interests.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The token and network are provided 'as-is'. We offer no warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.
13. Prevention of Illicit Activities
The use of DMS for money laundering or financing illegal activities is prohibited. We will cooperate with authorities in case of fraud detection.
14. Transfer Limits
Certain protocols may impose technical limits on the amount of DMS that can be transferred or locked per transaction.
